FAQs
How often should my windows be cleaned?
This is entirely up to you. Most of our customers have their windows cleaned every 6-8 weeks, but this can be more or less, depending on personal preference and sometimes other ‘environmental’ factors such as proximity to busy roads etc.
How much will it cost?
Each property is different, and prices will vary depending on size and number of windows to be cleaned. Access issues will also be taken into account. We will be happy to come and have a look at your property, and provide a free, no-obligation quotation.
Can you still clean windows when it's raining?
Yes, we can. The pure water cleaning system is still effective in the rain. If you would prefer to reschedule that’s fine. However, we’re so confident in our service that if you’re not entirely satisfied with your clean, we will come back and clean again free of charge.
What if I'm not happy with the way my windows have been cleaned?
It’s very simple – if you’re not entirely satisfied with our service, just give us a call and we will arrange to come and clean your windows again free of charge.
How do I book?
Just give us a call and we will book you in for a free quotation. For regular cleans you don’t have to do anything. We will book you in a regular slot, and will send you reminders by text or email, whichever you prefer. If you need to be home when we come so we can access the areas we need to, then we will make sure we book in a time and day that suits you.
For one-off cleans, just give us a call and tell us when would be best for you.
Whatever you want, our aim is to make it as simple and convenient for you as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. However, we also accept payment by cash or cheque. Some customers like to pay by direct debit for regular cleans.
What if any of my windows are broken, or any damage caused to my property during the clean?
In the unlikely event that this does happen, you can have peace of mind that we are fully insured, with £5m of public liability insurance coverage. In addition, unlike many of our competitors, our insurance covers any breakages whilst working on a job.
Do you use ladders?
No. We work from the safety of the ground, using a water-fed pole system. We are dedicated to providing an outstanding quality of cleaning, and have invested in the best available pure water cleaning system, also using hot water, for unbeatable results, and a sparkling finish every time.
